Registration costs 500€, with reduced rates for people in academia and media (150€ ea.).

No. You are not required to register separately for the 5th International Glass Fibre Symposium and the 3rd Symposium for Tailored Carbon Fibres and Composites. Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that we have not increased the costs of the symposium, making it even better value this year.

Absolutely, however we cannot offer a reduced rate unfortunately.

No. We currently do not offer single day tickets at a discounted rate.

A list of participants will be sent to all attendees a few days ahead of the symposium.

All abstracts will be published in a book of proceedings which is available for the public. The presentations will be made available to all attendees as PDF files after the symposium. However, you have the option to opt out of the publication of your presentation.

Each presentation should last 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions

Cancellation is free before February 1st, 2020. Cancellation after February 1st, 2020 results in a charge of 150 €. No refunds are available after April 13th, 2020.

You can use any template you wish. We recommend a 16:9 aspect ratio, however other aspect ratios can also be accommodated for.
